You may be wondering a little about how I came to be here with you today.

Let me tell you a quick story about the time I started gaining more weight.

At the time I was trying to become a healthier version of myself. I was a Life Coach. I had stopped Overdrinking.

But, I was struggling with losing the weight.

And I was getting more and more frustrated by the extra pounds.

Then something really counterproductive happened: I started eating sweets and sugary treats instead of drinking my nightly wine.

Which meant I couldn't be the best intentional version of myself.

As you can imagine, I was in bad shape and desperate, but I wasn't ready to give up on my dream of being healthy in mind, body and spirit.

Then I discovered and decided to use the metaskills I teach in my stop overdrinking program Unwind Without Wine can be also used to stop overeating.

At that point, everything changed!

I discovered / finally figured out how to:

- Manage my brain around overeating as well as Overdrinking
- Cope without using food or wine as a buffer for my emotions
- Live the truth of my life and stop using food in a negative way

Applying this knowledge and in teaching and coaching others, I was able to:

- Lose all the weight I wanted
- Experience all the joy my life had to offer
- Be proud of myself and connect with people in a more meaningful way
- Spread my message and make a huge difference in people's lives

Now I'm living my dream of being healthy in mind, body and spirit and I never have to worry about gaining weight ever again.
