I help women over the age of 50 who are coming into the second phase of their lives. They’ve had a good life so far, but now feel as if it’s their turn to truly manifest the desires they dream of.

My clients are well-educated women, possibly career professionals or career home professionals who tend to take on a lot of day to day responsibility. They feel stressed and overwhelmed most of the time, plagued with self-doubt and often use food and/or alcohol to deal with all of it.

I’m a Certified Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Teacher and I’ve been where you. Through coaching, yoga, and mindfulness, I learned the skills needed to create the life of my dreams.

I learned about over desire, dopamine and how my brain works for and against me! I learned how to stop beating myself up.

I now teach people how to live happier lives. Whether you need help with overeating, overdrinking or changing some habits, my coaching will help you in those areas as well as extend through every area of your life.
