The Model


I have been studying self help since 1977 when I picked up Dr. Wayne Dyer’s book, “Your Erroneous Zones” and had an “Aha” moment, as Oprah likes to talk about.


But, it wasn’t until the last 5 years that I learned a simple tool that changed my life. I subsequently became a Certified Life Coach with the Life Coach School and decided to share my knowledge with whomever needed to hear from me.


The Tool is so simple, but unknown by most people. I didn’t invent it. It’s come down from the wisdom of the ages and put into a simple format by my teacher, Brooke Castillo.


You can apply any situation or problem. Here goes:
Circumstance – A Neutral Fact


Thought- Your thought or interpretation of the neutral fact. A sentence in your mind.


Feeling-a vibration in your body caused by the thought in your mind
Action– what you do or don’t do because of the feeling you have.
Result– the end result of what is created which always PROVES the thought.
Here’s what I know.


You can change everything in your life except the circumstance.


You can have better thoughts, better feelings, better actions which will create better results. No matter what the circumstance.
